Return Policy
In case, you want to return the product and need a refund for your order, kindly send email at info@hangerstory.com or message/whatsapp us at 9953564540 within 7 days of receiving your order to get your return request approved.
In the subject of the email/message please mention
” Return Request for Order No: < Insert your order number here >”
Please mention the details of the product you want to return in the email/message in the format below
Product Name – < Enter the product name >
Product SKU – < Enter the product sku number >
Size Received – < Enter the size received >
Return Reason – < Enter the return reason>
Please Note:
Hanger Story will accept return of an item only if the following conditions are met:
1) Returns will only be eligible for Manufacturing Defects.
2) Return should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the original order.
4) Only after receiving the product at our warehouse (address mentioned below), we will inspect and initiate the refund process (if all policy conditions are met)
5) The invoice, tags and labels on the product should be intact.
6) The product should be unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition.
7) If an exchange request has been processed earlier for an original order, no return requests can be processed for the original order.
8) Your order will be delivered within 7 business days it might be delayed due to some unforeseen situations which are not in our control in that case we can’t process any return request for delay in delivery.
8) Refund policy: We have 2 refund options you can select any option as per your convenience.
Option 1: (Invoice Value – Rs.99) will be refunded in your bank account within 4-5 days.
Option 2: (Invoice Value + Rs.99 additional amount) will be refunded in your hangerstory wallet within 2-3 days.
Refund process completion will take approx. 15-20 days.
Hanger Story reserves the right to reject any return request if any of the above conditions are not met.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be processed for Size/Product Change.
Please send email at info@hangerstory.com or message/whatsapp us at 9953564540 within 7 days of receiving your order to get your exchange request approved.

Please Note that the customer has to send us the product to be exchanged to our warehouse.
If reverse pickups are not available at any Pin Code than customer has to courier us the product.
Hanger Story will accept size exchange of the product only if the following conditions are met:
1) Size Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the original order.
2) The product should be sent back to us at our warehouse (address mentioned below) and only after receiving it, we will reship the new product/size.
3) The invoice, tags and labels on the product should be intact.
4) The product should be unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition.
5) Exchanges can be approved for an order only once.
6) You will receive message from us once your exchange order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Hanger Story reserves the right to reject any exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met.
Disclamer: In case of pick up customer has to share us PACKAGING VIDEO via email/whatsapp before handover the parcel to our courier executive. As parcel is already opened video is mandatory to safeguard our customers from any discrepancy happened in transit.
